Use the arrows to move the cursor. Press "5" or "1" to untap the selected cell, or "3" to place a flag on it.

You can also use the mouse. Click on the cell to select it. Clicking on a selected cell will untap it. Also, if you click on the flag counter, it will place a flag on the selected cell.
